Please allow 30-45 business days for your order to process and ship. If you do not see a confirmation email after placing your order check spam/junk. 

We are not responsible for shipping delays. or lost, held, or damaged packages. Please be sure your information is correct before placing your order as we are unable to retrieve packages after they have been shipped. Please note we do not ship on Holidays. 

 

What if my package was never delivered?

1. File a claim through the carrier.

2. Contact your local post office or shipping service to check up on your package.
